Probably, but it depends on the airline. The Hijab is part of the female uniforms of several airlines that are based in primarily Muslim countries (eg. Emirates) Other airlines allow staff to wear religious clothing in airline colours (eg.
BA, QANTAS). Some airlines may ban them completely, although in many countries it would be illegal to do so. In all cases, it must be removed in an emergency situation if it prevents protective equipment for working correctly - eg. smoke hoods, oxygen masks.
