Open the 'page source' of your HubPage. (right click> 'view page source') Then scroll down and somewhere you will see the Adsense Pub numbers. If you see your number it will be in your 60% of time.
If your number is not there it will be Hubpages 40%. The changes apparently have been made to accommodate the new HAP program. It will be OK when we are all included in that program.
Sometime in June I believe the roll out finishes!
