Some letters on my Toshiba Laptop does not function correctly, e.g. if I press "esc", it gives me "z", "5" gives 't5?

Why don't you... why don't you try to contact the manufacturer directly so that they could refer you to the nearest repair center that they have... you paid good money for your item so there no reason for you to not get a repair or a replacement for your item right?... not unless you did not bought it brand new.... I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
