And you can put together a week's worth on Sunday night.... it doesn't have to be "breakfast" food... grapes, strawberries and cheese boiled eggs with flatbreads or crackers sliced turkey with flatbreads yogurt and fruit or yogurt and granola energy bars and milk... Once you get out of the head that you have to eat breakfast food for breakfast it gets easier....you need some protein (cheese, fish, chicken, eggs, meat) and a little carbs for energy (fruit, breads) and some water.
