Depends on the level of truth, really. If I ordered a sandwich with miracle whip and started eating it and the waitress said "In truth, that's really mayonnaise. " I'd merely say "Oh, okay, no big deal."
However, if someone told me that I was adopted and my parents were not my parents than yeah I'd be pretty shocked. What it should be is "The real truth is sometimes shocking.
Ah therein lies the enigma! What is real and what is truth? What is real to you may only be a blimp on someone else's radar.
Also, when it comes to truth you must ask the question "What is truth? " Again it will fall somewhere on the "truth" continuum. Both these words have had philosophers and scientists debating and investigating for millennia.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
