Steve Perry's daughter?

Steve Perry, former vocalist of Journey, has one daughter. Her full first name is Aashamela Kay _____ (last name was never Perry), and she's married now; she goes by Shamela or the nickname "Sham". He was approx.21 when she was born: a short "fling" relationship, so I've been told.

Her mother went back to North Carolina and apparently didn't tell him about the daughter, as he did not meet her until she turned 13. She will be 40 in August 2010, has 2 boys; husband has business interests in San Diego and Fayetteville, where they live---a very quiet, spiritual, lovely family who are very down to earth; thus, Steve gets to see her and his grandsons one location or the other frequently. Pictures have been posted in the internet but Steve guards his privacy like Ft.

Knox, especially when it comes to his family. You can see photos of her at the "Monster" movie premiere a few years ago (Google Monster Movie Premiere), she has long dark brown very curly hair and is wearing a black pantsuit.
