I tend to get stomach problems a lot as well, and Pepto Bismo seems to be the best when you are in need for that instant relief. Though to be honest, if symptoms continue...Go see a doctor, stomach ache could be much more than a simple problem!
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
