I am a former cutter and recovering from anorexia and bulemia. I haven't purged (thrown up on purpose) for over 10 years, but from doing it so often in the past...if I feel the slightest bit of anxiety or stomach discomfort...it's like my stomach automatically wants to empty it's self...even when I am not trying to vomit. I just figured it was from all the years I abused my body with the eating disorder.
I suggest you go see a doctor and let him check you out in case there is a medical reason for your nausea after eating. I want to say, keep trying! You can overcome both the self-harm and the eating disorder!
You are not alone, there are many of us out here that were once just like you! If I was able to stop the cycle...you can too! Best of luck to you...
