It is an arrhythmia. Usually benign in the absence of underlying heart disease or structural abnormalities. Kind of like a nuisance.
I had it and had an ablation to fix it. If you have it, get the ablation and get it over with.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
