Sweetness! Customized Email-Notifications come to Mahalo Answers (but you gotta turn them on in order for them to work :-)?

That looks really nice. I have to say I have really enjoyed all of the new perks happening here at mahalo! I went away for a little bit and recently came back to a lot of new information and new ways of doing things.It is nice to see the mahalo community coming together like this!

I love getting the mahalo daily email also, it is nice! So I say great job on everything!

Oops, I now see that my question was answered I like this feature quite a bit! However, there are some problems with it. In particular, the notifications, as least, I think they are notifications from this system, the tiny url does not correctly point to the question.

For example I often get garbage or extraneous characters appended to the actual link, and this seems to mess up and so I cannot get to the page: http://www.mahalo.com/answers/is-there-a-residency-requirement-in-oregon-or-washington-to-take-advantage-of-their-legally-permitted-physician-assisted-suicide-laws/%3Futm_source%3DMahalo%26utm_medium%3Demail%26utm_content%3DQuestion%26utm_campaign%3Demail%252Bnotifications The extra stuff after the last slash confuses my browser (Safari on a Mac) Here is the tiny url corresponding to the above, that is sent via my email: is.gd/e0QsP which goes to a error 404 page Not Found If you can correct this, I would appreciate it. As a work around, I just delete the extra characters after the slash. So then the link looks like this: http://www.mahalo.com/answers/is-there-a-residency-requirement-in-oregon-or-washington-to-take-advantage-of-their-legally-permitted-physician-assisted-suicide-laws/ which works.

I asked a question earlier on this but did not give as many details, so there has not been an answer.

I checked it out yesterday (after Aram mentioned it), but I didn't change them then. I'll try it now. (BTW, if you add "Mahalo" as a "topic" for this Q, it will appear on the Mahalo Answers-Mahalo Topic front page.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
