The only thing that this announcement addresses is that there is a new way to be alerted to questions about a particular topic, provided of course, that the person asking the question selects the appropriate topic. In addition, the person asking the question has to have worded their topic in the exact same manner. For example, if you are following the topic "health," and someone asks a question about acne, if the person puts the topic as "acne" and "acne treatment," but does not select health as a topic, then you are not getting alerts for that question.
This announcement does not address the fact that this will be used as the new email update system, and users will no longer be able to receive email alerts for answers to questions that they themselves have asked or comments on questions that they have answered. Often, the questions that a person asks may be in a different topic than the ones that they are following. For example, if a person's expertise is networking and wireless security, then they may follow those topics because these are the questions that they can answer, but they are not likely to ask a question about this same topic.
I have not interest in being notified by email each time someone asks a question pertaining to a topic that I follow. I can already see these questions in my feed on my profile. I would, however, like to be notified again whenever there is an answer to a question that I have asked or a comment on one of my answers.
Because I ask questions that I legitimately need answers to, it is important to me that I am aware of when there is actually an answer that I can use.
In the changing world, it is also an exciting change towards good. I have done it immediately to toggle: “immediatelyâ€, so that through e-mail all necessary alerts I will receive immediately. Indeed, It is an interesting feature of Mahalo answers like as many other features.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
