I owe money on student loans but am unable to pay on them at this time because not working or going to school right now. I also got married in Feb 2010. If my husband files his tax return status as "married, filing seperately" can they seize his refund if he claims me an exemption?

I don't need to file a return as I had no income but afraid his refund will be seized if he claims me, or uses any of my medical expenses,etc. As deductions on his return. Ok, yes, he can file head of household. However, I think if he chooses the married, filing separately, he cannot claim to as an exemption, nor can he use any of your medical expenses as deductions.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
