Answer It never hurts to show that you appreciated someone taking their time to interview you for a job especially if you get that job, but if you didn't get the job, a firm handshake before leaving your interview should be sufficient. This person probably interviewed hundreds of people and never received any kind of letter thanking him for his time in interviewing you That's one way of looking at this and the other way is that if you do send a letter of thanks make sure you write down the date and time of your interview as that person is not likely to remember you from anyone else. You never know a leter of thanks if well done might land you a job there in the future as the interviewer will think to themselves, my he or she was polite enough to send me a letter of thanks, maybe I should re-interview them again. It's hard to know what the other person is thinking but anything is worth a try Good luck.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
