For starters I wanna say im really sorry about your dog! But ive been in a similar situation & its completely normal! I guess tou were just trying to be strong.
Like maybe you didn't even think about it at first. But you were trying to be strong and not cry or get sad. But it finally effected you once tou realized the change that was happening in your life.
And tou might have also in a way been happy! Your dog was put out of misery so you were happy to know he was bo longer suffering. But whatever reason its normal.
It's normal. His death is just now hitting you. It is always hard to lose a loved pet, and this is no different.
I cried so hard when my border collie died of old age, but you just have to know that they are in a good, safe place now and can feel no more pain.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
