The application tape looks wrinkled (bubbled up) after I opened my package and layed the decal out flat. Will this affect the decal?

This happens sometimes because the paper expands differently than the application tape due to changes in warmer tempurature. Usually by leaving the decal in a cool tempurature area (air conditioned) the wrinkles will go away. You could also try to lightly sqeegee the decal (like with drivers license).

This usually does the trick. If not peel the backing paper off the decal slowly and reapply it to the wax paper carefully one side at a time. Also see the wrinkled decal tip's page.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
