A. There are two possible answers to this question. The first is that the HDST Cartridge Mounter extension file is not installed in your Extensions folder.
If it is, then the HDST Cartridge Mounter extension file didn't recognize your MO drive manufacturers name from an inquiry on its firmware. This is usually a problem that can be resolved rather quickly. However, you will need to report it to Intech for resolution.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
