The iPad will ship on Saturday. Did you pre-order one? Will you buy one? If so, what iPad-Accessories will you buy to go with it?

I'm waiting until the fall to decide if I'll buy an iPad for a couple of reasons. 1) I want to see how the general public receives the iPad. We all know that the Apple fanboys have already pre-ordered their two each and are posting on the Internet how great it will be and they don't even have it yet.2) I want to see how the competition is going to respond.

Amazon has to have something up their sleeve, either a huge price reduction or another generation, lets see what will happen. Then their's Sony, Dell, etc... 3) I doubt if Apple would do it again, but I don't want to get caught it a price drop a la iPhone 3G. When Apple dropped the price of the 3G not to long after its release.

The company's first response was something to the effect of that is the price of being an early adopter. After the big public outcry Apple issued coupons. Not how I want to be treated.

Yes, I do plan to buy an iPad. I was able to pre-order mine early so I will be getting one on Sat. As far as accessories are concerned, I am definitely planning on getting the iPad case from Apple.

Right now it looks like the best case around. I think at some point I would also like to get the keyboard dock as I would love to use the iPad more and more when I am not at home. The other accessory that I would like to get is the iPad Dock Connector to VGA.As a teacher, I want to use my iPad in the classroom.

With my projector and the VGA connector I can use presentations I make on the iPad to show the class as well as videos or anything else I need to show them. I do hope Apple or other 3rd party companies make more accessories for the iPad as I would love to see more accessories as well.

I will definitely buy one, but will probably wait a few months. I did not get a factory dvd player in my latest vehicle, so this would be a multi-purpose, portable entertainment unit at a much lower cost. My dog and husband are the only ones that ever use the dvd player, If it had an SD card slot or other input port for photos, I would buy it for business so I wouldn't have to drag my laptop around.As far as accessories, I will buy a case, gorilla pod or other such stand, and wireless headphones, if available.

I'll probably not buy one unless I just happen to find myself with a lot of extra cash, and nothing to spend it on, I don't even have an iPhone yet honestly! I have been looking to buy one, although I still am not sure just what I would use it for. Also, I've heard some bad things about how they limit their App store, so that intimidates me a little.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
