This dog attacked my dog and his owners blaming me!?

Call and report it to animal control, if your dog didn't do any bite it shouldn't be blamed on the incident because of its breed. Even though a person was. To bitten the attack or bite should be reported in case there is a next time.

You may want to consider a muzzle if this person is going to be accusing your dog of biting other dogs. If there are any witnesses to what happened it would be helpful, also take pictures of the injury. Is the dog okay from the bite?

If, as you say, your dog didn t do anything then you have nothing to worry about. You can always try to get the owner of the GSD to pay for your dogs vet bills but failing that, if there s no injury to the other dog then the owner can t hold anything against you. They re clearly very inexperienced.

Dogs don t see other dogs as their breed and it s very naive for an owner to think that.
