I think that House's representation of healthcare is the total opposite of what happens. That is to say healthcare practitioners are not as vigilant in determining the cause of illness or disease at all cost. They are more concerned with malpractice issues and whether or not the patient is able to pay.In the real world doctors do not risk their careers to find the truth and are more compliant with hospital policies.
House is fantasy of what we envision the practice could be but in reality we would not tolerate such an obnoxious doctor treating us. No one would be willing to work with House.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
