To what television show are you most looking forward this fall -- returning or new?

Heroes I'm really looking forward to the next season of Heroes. The first season was really fun and ended on a great cliff-hanger. I can't wait for the next season to start up.

I love ro :) It premieres Sept 24 on NBC, and I'll be watching (or at least DVR'ing :) The other show I'm going to give a go to is Reaper. It's a funny premise: a guy finds out on his 21st birthday that his parents sold his soul to the Devil, so now he has to work as a bounty hunter to catch escapees from Hell. Okay, maybe that premise doesn't sound that funny now that I've written it out.

But the previews look pretty funny :) So I'll give it a go. Premieres Sept 25 on the CW. I also currently DVR Bones, Supernatural, Criminal Minds, and How I Met Your Mother.

I usually watch those eventually, unless we run out of room on our DVR as my husband has the insane need to DVR every episode of Stargate that comes on. It's really Heroes, though, that has me looking forward to the new season of TV starting :) Sources: My TV, and the links in the text .

I'm talking about Lost, of course. But I'll go ahead and count it anyway. Here are the shows I'm just chomping at the bit to see this TV season: NEW SHOWS: "Kid Nation" - The reality junkie side of me is coming out here.

I really want to see how it plays out, and see if it confirms my theory that in high-stress situations and living conditions, kids are more mature, level-headed, and kind than adults. "Pushing Daisies" - It's supposed to be an ultra-quirky comedy about a guy who's relegated to helping the devil round up runaway souls.It's supposed to be really funny and odd. And it comes from Kevin Smith.

Nuff said."Reaper" - Another odd one about a guy who can bring dead people back to life - but only for a couple seconds at a time. So he has fun with this "power". It's supposed to be very quirky and even funny and surreal at times.

RETURNING SHOWS: "Lost" - I am a Lost junkie. I can't get enough. "The Office" - Oh I hope they can keep the jokes coming the way they have."Survivor: China" - Just when I promised not to watch anymore seasons of the show.

The China twist has me curious though. Big Shots I'm very interested in seeing Big Shots. One of the four main stars is Christopher Titus, of whom I am a huge fan. I love his standup routine and his self-titled show that Fox was braindamaged enough to cancel after three seasons.It also stars Joshua Molina, who has starred in two Aaron Sorkin productions - West Wing and Sportsnight.

Those are two of my favorite shows of all time, so I'm hoping third time's a charm. And finally, it also stars Dyllan McDermot, from The Practice. That show was one of my favorites until McDermot (along with half of the cast) had their contracts not renewed by ABC.

I think all three of these men are terrific actors, and I can't wait to see them all together on the same show. Shark! I’m not usually a really big fan of this type of show but I have fallen completely in love with this one. The first show of the new season will be September 23rd.
