Took 16 500mg paracetamol 7hrs ago, what will happen now?

That's completely wrong you could die normal dose is 2 tablets every 4 hours but you toke 8 tablets! Paracetamol overdose could lead to liver damage refer immediately to the doctor if you experience diarrhea, lose of appetite, nausea or vomiting, stomach cramps or pain and increased sweating. Pain, tenderness, and/or swelling in upper abdominal area may occur 2-4 days after ingesting the overdose.

My advice is to go to the nearly clinic or hospital as fast as you can to prevent your self from suffering because you are in serious problem don't wait and till you parents if you live with them. Always take this things wisely.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
