Your visa ended, you need to get a new approved college ASAP and visa or leave As an overstayer you would be unwise to go to a UKBA office. Long answer: the college (as they) have lost their license then your visa and your status is immediately cancelled. If the UKBA has cancelled the college as approved all student visas for that college are also cancelled - why would you consider it otherwise?

The visa is for study at 'that' approved college, not a general visa to be in the UK. The college has to report regularly to UKBA if they miss one report of satisfactory studies/attendance/fee payment you are automatically cancelled - so its not that the director does something, it is that the college does "Nothing". And if they are un-approved, no reports are needed or accepted.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
