Trying to find a book, but cannot remember the title, can anyone help?

I remember reading a book where the whole plot took part within a tapestry with the threads of the story intertwined with the threads behind the tapestry itself. I read it as a young adult I think, and I also think the title of the book was just one word, but may be wrong on this....any ideas? The background theme was good over evil and there was some sort of quest going on for something but that is about all I can remember...any ideas?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
