He makes my skin crawl with his weird hair, his nasally voice and his over the top persona. I liked the guy when he was on Trading Spaces because he was more low key. What happened to him.

He is a mess? He is a talented carpenter. I have seen his stuff.

I will give him that. They should hire Mike Rowe of Dirty Jobs, because he is very talented with great persona. Just take an aspirin and get over it. I think more of his carpentry skill than those commercials BUT the most annoying person is that loud mouth guy (forgot his name) that sells all that miracle stuff on TV that I sometimes fall for. Remember that epoxy roll of putty That can pull a big truck.( I always use a chain) I even fell for that set of miracle fabric that picks up 40 gallons of liquid in one swipe but now I can't lift it take it outside.

I use to really like him also Until he did a house in our area and I found out what a diva he is, had to have his special drinks and heaven forbid there was any dirty dishes in his trailer . Guess he was at the local bars drunk as a skunk,and showing off his butt crack.. The show does do great stuff I have to admit that. And o yes he is on medication he has ADD,He has done a few show on it..

At least he's empathetic and isn't a useless host/announcer only like on many shows.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
