There was a notorious case in the UK of some bed & breakfast people who, on religious grounds, refused to accommodate a gay couple. They demanded cake. That was the last straw.
You think wrong. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. If the baker is her own boss she can refuse.
If she works for someone else and refuses, she can be legally fired. Some states have laws barring discrimination based on sexual orientation, some don't. It's legal to "force" someone to obey the same laws as everyone else is obeying, even if those laws conflict with their religious beliefs.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
