Usando Nero Start Smart come trasferisco sul pc un film che sta su un DVD VIDEO FATTO CON LO STESSO NERO?

Se si tratta di un film su DVD originale ha una protezione anti copia, quindi bisogna usare dei programmi specifici. Per superare la protezione puoi usare DVD Decrypter, per copiare il DVD sul PC invece puoi usare DVD Shrink (anche se dipende in che formato vuoi copiarlo).
