Ok first of all I'm 15 and have been vegetarian since I was 9 and I am perfectly healthy. My skin is not pale (well not particularly but I am English) and you're right eating any animal is not vegetarian. You won't need to skip pizza anyway because it is allowed for you to put vegetables as a topping.
