There is no shortage of water as long as we do not mess up what we have any more. However we have issues with distribution. As well, desalinization of sea water gets cheaper all the time and in 30 years we will be able to get plenty of water from the oceans.
Yes. The major problem is the water is not available in many areas it is needed. Even in technically advanced countries like the USA there is water restrictions in places like California and west Texas.
Now shift to the poor countries like Africa and India. It can be very dry or soaked by monsoons. In both cases water borne disease like cholera, typhus and dysentery kill many thousands of people.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
