Patients is called for.... At seven weeks she is just starting out, she really does not know herself. I suggest some milk specifically made for kittens, should be able to purchase in the pet store. There you should also purchase only kitten food dry or wet.
She is considered a kitten till the age of one year! I also suggest you look for kitten and later cat food with only wholesome products, get your little girl only food made with real meat not a meat by product. Save yourself some money and buy one bag dry kitten food and for the mean time for wet food one with chicken.
The dry food is good for keeping her teeth healthy and clean and in the long run easier on your wallet! There are cats that love to eat both dry and wet foods, some that like either or. This is why I suggest a dry food first after the milk she may prefer it to wet.
There is no sure fire way of saying what a cat will like and it will actually drive you crazy. I adopted two a boy and a girl several years apart, the boy now 19 loves wet mostly chicken but does like a change now and then with beef, tuna, herring and real meat of course we also buy and chop up steak and chicken and freeze in small portions for him and her. He also has a healthy appetite for cat milk. It's not a good idea to give cats cow milk if possible get her cat milk, if you find none or run out cow milk watered down 1/2 & 1/2 will be okay.
Our girl now two yrs old finds dry food to her liking, although she will help our boy finish up his wet food. She does not like milk like he does. The feeding of cats should be done once a day, kittens more until they gain wieght and are no longer considered kittens then back off feeding to only once a day.
Now heres the catch make the feeding time convinient to you and your cat. If you ever feed her at midnight expect her to drive you crazy the rest of your life at midnight...;) I suggest a feeding time close to your dinner time, preferably before this will prevent begging at the table though this does not gaurentee to prevent it! Meet my kids, our senior left and our teen to the right...;) .
Congratulations on your new addition! Well your new baby was definately weaned too early. Who gave her to you at 7 weeks?
You should perhaps try to take her back temporarily and tell the person you got her from that they are getting rid of their kittens 5 weeks too early. Doing this can have lasting effects both emotional and physical. Almost all of a cats socialization is done between 2 and 8 weeks of age. It’s important for the kitten to remain with mamma and littermates during this time.
She should have been with her mother until she is 12 weeks old. At 7 weeks they aren’t completely on solid food yet and still need mom to learn other things too. If you can’t take her back then you will have to deal with the problem.
There is a product that is called KMR it is the closest thing to mothers milk for cats. You can wean your new baby with that. Once weaned, the experts recommend that, in order to properly feed a weaned kitten and provide them with a well-balanced diet, you should feed them dry and moist food.
You should leave the food out all day, so that your kitten can eat when she is hungry. This will only be temporary. Once you get her to eat more you can leave the dry food out, but feed the wet food once a day.
Weaned kittens aren’t like puppies or grown cats. Some grown cats and most puppies tend to gorge themselves, while kittens eat enough to be full, and then they quit eating until they get hungry again. So, you can give a weaned kitten free access to their food without worrying about them eating too much. Not all cats gorge, my Milo is 3 years old and I leave his food out all day.
He nibbles at both the dry and wet. You should give her dry Kitten Chow start with 1/3 cup at a time. (If your kitten has problems eating dry food at first, add a small amount of warm water to the food and let it soften up first.
) Once she eats that amount of dry food, you add more to her bowl so she can eat it at her leisure. Remember since your kitty is small and short in stature, you should put all food in low dishes like a saucer. It is hard for little ones to bend into a deep bowl to get the food out.
Don’t, I repeat Don’t give you new fur baby milk or cream which was suggested in the DB. Many cats are lactose intolerent. Milk can cause your cat to have stomach ailments and indigestion since they are not use to it.
In some cases milk can actually make cats very ill and casue vomiting and or diarrhea. If you really want to give your cat milk try giving you cat lactose free milk that you can get at most pet stores. It is expecially made for cats and is a good substitute for cow’s milk and a nice treat for the kitties.
If these things don’t work and you think she is not eating enough a trip to the vet should find out what is wrong. Milo at 2 1/2 months so sweet Milo at 2 years so mischievous *Carla*'s Recommendations KMR - 8 oz Liquid Amazon List Price: $3.99 KMR - 12 oz Powder - for Kittens Amazon List Price: $20.99 Average Customer Rating: 5.0 out of 5 (based on 2 reviews) .
Part of the problem might be the variety does she like wet or dry, and keep in mind whatever it says is her daily allowance, you can probably give about half that. Does she like milk? There is also a supplement the vet can give to stimulate her appetite if it gets really bad.My boys only ever eat dry food; we offer the wet but it goes to waste most of the time.
I had a siamese who ate nothing but tender vittles so you just never know. Have you tried canned human tuna? Or ham.
All animals seem to love it. Good luck!.
Little kitty... Little kitties don't eat a lot but this seems way to little to sustain her. I would have her checked out by a vet - just to be sure that nothing is wrong with her. Usually an animal will eat when they are hungry - I worry about her.
All the best. She is very young - I wonder if she even learned to eat solid food - could you try a milk bottle? .
1 Mix it with a little warm cream. That will give her both the calories and the warm milk she is missing.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
