We made sushi and the nori sheet was chewy! what did we do wrong?

A little bit of nori chewiness is not a bad thing. Nori becomes chewy on contact with moisture. I would say that the issue that you had was probably down to your rice.

If the rice is too wet then that would do it. If that is the case, decrease the amount of liquid in your rice cooker a little bit. It might have also happened because you prepared your sushi, then stuck it in the refrigerator.

Nori will lose its crispness pretty quickly. I would suggest preparing the sushi as close to the time of eating as possible and leaving it out.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
