If a lease is already signed they can't change it after the fact. Read carefully everything you have signed and if it does not mention that the terms of the lease can be changed pending the outcome of their background check, you don't have to pay a higher security deposit. What they are asking is perfectly normal and acceptable but their process is all wrong, the lease is the lat thing signed, they should have waited until they get the info they wanted.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
