OMG. Do not drive yourself crazy with the calorie sh*t. It's all about eating healthy and a variety of foods.

Go to the gym for one or two hours EVERYDAY and that's it. It's more simple than you think. Seriously.

Do not drive yourself coocoo with the calories. It's not worth it wasting so much time on that.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
