Weight loss and muscle building...?

Counting 'burning calories' is really sloppy, if you burn that over 30mins, running at a heart-rate of 60% of your max, you'll burn a lot more calories, because it'll keep burning calories as you recover. If you run under that heart-rate, you don't need time to recover, and you won't burn the calories. So it's more about how long(at least 30mins), and at what heart-rate you exercise, than about 'calories burnt'.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
