What action should be taken when a person is exonerated from a crime and released from jail?

After a certain number of mistakes.. absolutely. I don't believe money can compensate but its very useful for whoever wants a quality life after great injustice. Bp.

Its the criminal justice system first and foremost... not the victim justice system. The whole thing is about insuring proper punishment is applied to criminals... so we don't have a town mob lynching someone for stealing an iphone. Thats where the emphasis is.

So what happens when you have a jury that actually passes guilt? Do they hold any responsibility? They are acting on information they were given by prosecutors/allowed by judges.

Prosecutors in turn gather information and present it (whats allowed)... how about that defense in all this? There are inept defens attorneys... are they accountable? In other words...what should be the crime, that isnt already a crime?(lying, fabricating/supressing evidence etc..) hell, there are situations where evidence and truth would be considered "inadmissible" under the some circumstances.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
