What are Lip Liners?

It's like eyeliner but for the outline of your lips. It's usually like a pencil that matches the color of your lipstick. It helps the lipstick stay on your lips instead of spreading out beyond your lips.

Once in a while there is a fad with dark lipliner and pale lipstick, but that is generally not advised.
