And exercise early in the morning if you can. As for thyroid, kelp is good to take as a supplement (or eat if you would like). Fish from the ocean are good for the diet.
And lots of sunshine if you can get it.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
