The most common places to get free blog templates are either blogger. Com or wordpress.com. Blogger is commonly considered the easiest place to begin a blog from; it's basically point and click, and has a variety templates to choose from.
You can have a blog up and running a few minutes flat. Nearly any of the templates can be changed in the more basic ways -- in color, in the arrangement of any extras you put on the site, in what sort of pictures you want watermarked in the background. Wordpress is the other often-used free option.
If you're a little more comfortable with computers, most bloggers recommend this platform because Wordpress is more customizable than Blogger. You can make simple changes the templates relatively easily, and if you have a knack for some html coding, you can change them even more. I've been a blogger for two years (and counting ^^) under Google's Blogger and I've updated my blog template many times already. Sometimes, it's just refreshing to see a new template on your blog, right? ^^ There are numbers of site which provides free Blogger templates.
You can search via Google for 'free Blogger templates' and see hundreds of sites providing quality templates. Most sites also has preview functions where you can actually see how a template works once installed in a blog. You also have the option to choose from one to four columns blog theme. As for me, I chose three columns: 2 side panels left and right and center column for the main blog content.
Here are my favorite sites to search for Blogger themes... - btemplates.com/ - bloggertemplatesfree.com/ - bloggertemplates.org/ Once you see a template you want, just click download then copy-paste XML file on admin > Design > Edit HTML then click save. Then you're done! You have a new template for your blog!
;) I've noticed though that even though there are hundreds of sites out there which gives free templates, there are instances where you'd see some templates on several sites.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
