What are some good tips/strategies for getting into NYU?

You need to have SAT scores 1300-1400. You need to have taken college courses, there is an essay to submit for admission, you need a teacher recommendation. The minimum courses that they require are there but they expect to have more than that.It is competitive with other students.

You need to do everything that you can. For some schools you need an audition or to show your art. There is a link to the list from NYU.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
