1 Good question Nikki! :)(I want to see the answers too! ) .
2 EASY QUESTION, NIKKI! W-A-L-K! Get yourself a good pair of walking shoes.
I like to go to my local high schools that have an outdoor track. Every single one of the schools allow the public to use it when the school is not. Outdoor tracks (the better ones) are made of a substance that are easier on your feet.
When the weather is cold, I walk around my local mall. I know (using a pedometer which is a good, inexpensive investment) that it is one third of a mile each lap in THAT mall, and take it from there. In the beginning, just go up and down the block outside of your home, and work your way up.
And it doesn't have to be brisk.
4 Thanks, Mr_M...I have been walking since you gave that suggestion. It has been good so far (no visible improvement, but I am feeling good). Thanks a bunch!
:) .
5 Walking is good for the body. You'll find you'll move easier and have better endurance. It also burns calories so if you're following a good weight reducing diet, the walks should help and you should see the effects on your scale (and the fit of your clothes).
Gradually work up to 2 - 3 miles. But you won't see muscles. For that sort of change, you need weights.
And most importantly, make sure your doctors are on board with whatever regimen you choose.
Some good ways are laid out. Lots of great websites for references, lists, and of course the 25 ways themselves are not to be forgotten. Lots of "to the point" information on how to get started with some small-biz sort of opportunities, but the reality is, I've tried many of them before even reading this book.
Some good ways for someone who has never are (without quotes):.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
