It used to be but most modern cameras won't work with a reverse lens, but some cameras can have special adapters. You can get specialist macro lenses. http://www.eos-magazine.com/articles/mac... Focus becomes very critical with a macro lens, so it is useful to have a tripod.
Special heads are available for macro photography. Rack or geared head. Https://www.manfrotto.com/410-junior-gea... You may also want a ring flash, (the flash on top of a camera misses things that are very close).
This goes around the lens and avoids problems with shadows. "macro ring flash". When you take photographs you may notice the depth of field is very narrow.
So a technique called "focus stacking" is used to join different photos together. Software to help to do this is available on the internet. See link.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
