What are some pros and cons of becoming Vegetarian?

By finally allowing yourself to satisfy your cravings without sabotaging your diet, you can keep the weight you lose off for good, saving yourself hundreds and even thousands of dollars in the process Get it now!

I've been a vegetarian for my whole life. I don't think you should quit meat cold turkey (ha); look at becoming a meat-reducing vegetarian and steadily stop eating meat, it's much healthier. Pros:?

You're not eating dead stuff; it's ethical and you're not supporting animal cruelty.? You're less prone to several diseases.? You'll probably live longer (I think it's 6-10 years?)? Stronger immune system? It's not as hard as people say to find food, most places have decent vegetarian options?

You'll often feel healthier, it can be easier to breathe? Feeling better about yourself Cons:? Lack of protein; as long as you eat Quorn you'll be fine (I hate tofu, but that too if you want).

Nuts, beans and eggs are also high in protein, or you could take protein tablets (I used to have them, they taste like wood and cardboard D:)? People asking if you miss meat every five minutes? People generally being annoying about it I think you should do it, but one step at a time.

Good luck :).

Depends upon what kind of vegetarian you want to be, what your blood type is and who you are personally. Blood type Os will have a harder time with digestion and energy without meat-type protein, as in a Vegan-method vegetarian where you would be eating no animal products: no meat, no eggs, no milk products, etc. Some vegetarians eat fish and foul (no land animals). This can be a quite healthy way to run your diet, stay slim and balanced.

Some vegetarians are ok with eating no meat, but other animal products, such as dairy and/or eggs -- as long as no one living has been killed...so the benefit is that you can live with a clearer conscience, which promotes health. You will need to learn to shop and cook differently. However you feel about these activities can be a pro or con.

You may find yourself separating from those who do not eat as you do but may connect with others who do. Could be a pro or con, depending -- again -- how you feel about those around you. If you are trying to lose weight, you might have a harder time since many vegetarian foods contain a lot of carbs, and carbs are what are converted to fat.

Moderation is key and exercise, crucial.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
