What are the best current reward credit card offers avaiable (Not Chase)?

I'm looking for a new credit card, preferrably VISA, MasterCard is OK too. Looking for a rewards card, that does NOT come from Chase. Are there any good offers out right now?

Citi Diamond Preferred Rewards Credit Card Money magazine lists these from time to time but their latest report is a few months out of date. They're the best ones to monitor for good information on this, though. They got me a great deal on a gold card a few years back.So I'm left to other sites to pick the best current card.

Capital One, Amex True Earnings (Costco) Capital One - No fee, 1% reward + 25% bonus at the end of the year. American Express True Earnings - No fee, 1% reward, 3% for eating out and 2% on travel. Reward is in Costco certificate, not cash.

Keep an eye open on Capital One - their offers change. For example: the card I got from them has a 1% reward (no bonus), but 2% reward on groceries and gasoline. I know you don't like Chase, but I most mention that the 3% you get on Amazon.com purchases using their Amazon affiliate card is a good deal if you shop on amazon.com a lot.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
