Positive is positive. You need to go and get tested too. You can go to the local Health Dept and get tested and treated for free.Do not have sex for at least seven to ten days after treatment and do not drink any alcohol for at least three days after treatment.

If you and your partner don't get tested and treated together you can keep giving it back and forth to each other. It can cause health problems if left untreated especially if you are planning to have a baby.
