What are the differences between art schools and schools with good art programs?

Art schools feature intensive teaching in the fields generally associated with the arts: fine art, sculpture, music, film, graphic design, audio design, acting, etc. Some art schools do offer normal academic courses, but generally speaking, art schools are basically trade schools with a deep focus on the arts. Schools with art programs have a general focus on the field in question, but it is generally less intensive as you have other unrelated academic requirements to fulfill. That's not to say schools with art programs aren't as good or effective as art schools - it all comes down to how you learn and what exactly you want to get out of your education.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
