What are the health benefits of playing sports versus regular exercise, like running and lifting?

I love sports and running. However, if I were to be honest, the benefit of playing a sport is not so much in health. In fact, there is a much higher risk of injury.

However, the benefits far outweigh the risks! You get to meet great people and enjoy something new. Furthermore, when you are playing a sport, you are much less likely to think about the fact that you are actually working out because there is always an immediate goal in mind(at least for me).

Though there are no immediate health benefits of playing sports over just running and lifting, I find that the people that play sports tend to be fitter because they have a huge motivation to be fit in the first place! You have your team depending on you, and you must be fit to be good at most sports.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
