I am sorry, I not sure if I understand your question, I am assuming you are referring to pancreas bypass surgery, which are done to help relieve the symptoms of Pancreatic Cancer|pancreatic cancer, as opposed to Heart Bypass Surgery|heart bypass surgery or Gastric Bypass Surgery|gastric bypass surgery. One of the potential complications would be a blocking of the bile duct. In case you were asking about heart or gastric bypass surgery, I have attached several links about those procedures and recovery.
Assuming you mean cardio-pulmonary bypass there is a less than 1/2% chance of developing pancreatitis after surgery. On a study of more than 10,000 patients only 39 (0.4%) developed pancreatitis. Those that developed post-operative pancreatitis did have longer hospitalization time and increased mortality.
According to the American Journal of Surgery Sept. 2005 volume 190 issue 3 the frequency of post cardiac surgery pancreatitis is diminishing but is still associated with significant mortality.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
