What are the social factors hampering effective communication in the world?

First there is the big picture manipulations being done in places like China, North Korea and to a lesser extent in other regimes who fear open knowledge reaching the people and causing unrest or rebellion. Then you have the more subtle manipulation by the media, often influenced by governments such as you see in the US. Next comes religions who tell their listeners that only what they say is truth, they say some pretty bad things.

Finally you have people who let others tell them things without any challenging and investigating.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
