I just got done frying up a ton of corn tortillas for Nachos with all the fixings...guacamole, sour cream and salsa. Of couse I'm using Wisconsin Cheddar cause I'm a PACKERS fan.

I did the exact same thing carla! I may be a New Yorker but I still got Texas in my blood and stomach. I also made a hot refried bean dip with cheddar melted on top.

There goes my diet..... LouLou 10 months ago .

That dip sounds really good! It's only one day we can be healthy again tomorrow.

Thanks. Sounds really good but a lot of work uh? LouLou 10 months ago .

Well the energy you get from the samosa is more than you need so the preparation will help you loose some weight and when you eat them it will compensate the the whole thing. LOL .

Just took some chicken wings out of the oven and finished up the shrimp mozembeke. We also will have tortillas with a dip of salsa, creme cheese, sour creme and mexican cheese blend all hot and melted. I don't watch football but I love the commercials and all the food.My husband is a Patriots fan but since they are not in it he is going for the Packers.

Thanks, sounds good! LouLou 10 months ago .

I always have out Popcorn, Barbeque chips and Tostitos chips with salsa.

My favorite at the party we attended yesterday was a salad made of tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, avocado, basil leaves and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. They were all chunked up in pretty large pieces and the leaves were whole, scattered over the top. I can't wait to make it at home!

They also had nachos, ribs, chili, garlic bread and some other typical super bowl foods. The ribs were good. The chili was not spicy enough.(I hope the host is not a member here...) .

Holy CRAP, I THOUGHT YOU LOOKED FAMILIAR! LouLou 10 months ago .

Wouldn't that be funny if in real life it turned out we were neighbors - AND LIKED EACH OTHER?! :-) .

Let's not get carried away. :) LouLou 10 months ago .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
