What are your top five NBA point guards?

The key to this questions is what determines who is the best. Is it assists, scoring, team leadership, assist to turnover ratio, all of the above or some other intangible factor. I think what determines the best point guard is a combination of how many points the player personally scores, how many points he contributes through assists and overall team won-loss record.

After all, the bottom line is winning games. My top five point guards in the league today are: 1. Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns – always consistent he steered the Suns again to the playoffs with his great contributions in both defensive and offensive ends of the court. 2.

Deron Williams of the Utah Jazz A consummate point guard who can do anything on the court- score, steals, points, picks, outside sniping and hustle. 3. Chris Paul of the New Orleans Hornets – One of the league’s promising point guard he will soon be one of the premier point guards when he will reach his prime 4.

Jason Kidd of the Dallas Mavericks- the triple double king still has some juice left as Kidd was instrumental in the strong finish of the Dallas in the regular season 5. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
