I can't seem to figure out which bread at Subway is the healthiest and not just lowest calories, but also fiber content and other vitamins and minerals. Asked by jmctechie 32 months ago Similar questions: bread Subway healthiest Health.
I'd go with the wheat In terms of calories, they're all more or less the same. The ones with cheese on top obviously have more calories and provide no extra nutrition. The wheat bread has very slightly more fiber and vitamins than the white, but not that much. It's mostly white flour anyway, but it does have 4 grams of fiber (compared to practically zero for the white).
The honey oat bread has a tiny bit more fiber (5g) but also more calories (250, compared to 200). (Numbers are all for the 6".) Personally, I go with the wheat, since its better than the white. I don't think that the extra fiber and protein in the honey oat outweighs the extra calories.
They all have negligible vitamins and minerals. You'll get more by piling the vegetable toppings on, and you'll do best to skip or at least minimize the sauces. Sources: subway.com/subwayroot/MenuNutrition/Nutr... .
1 None. They're all made from refined flour, which is carbohydrate heaven! This user has been banned from Askville.

C.K. Said: 2 I "guess" if you had to pick one, it would have to be the wheat. I'm not sure though.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
